At the half:
U.S 51
Greece 32
The story so far is Dwyane Wade looking like the D.Wade of 2006 and the U.S. putting the clamps on with suffocating defense.
D. Wade is having a stellar game coming off the bench. Wade's half was
highlighted by a 30 foot alley-oop from Kobe Bryant falling out of
bounds to save a loose ball, in the second quarter sparked an 11-0 run
going into the half.
Greece is supposed to be the first of "real" competition thus far in
Beijing. However, the U.S. team is playing like they have something to
prove....oh wait, they do.
After only taking the bronze in the last Olympics, in a sport our
country created, the U.S. team is now coined the "Redeem-team".
This beating we're giving is good start.....
