What caused the Cleveland Browns General Manager Phil Savage to write an email to a fan consisting of just this?

Cleveland Browns GM Phil Savage email to fan
Nice.
I have to admit, imagining what a crazed fan must have emailed to
Cleveland GM Phil Savage got me going. A number of questions come to
mind:
1. What was exchanged between this so-called fan and Savage?
2. Why would Savage even respond to this fan?
3. Didn't the Browns beat Buffalo last week?
4. How do I get Carl Peterson's email?
This story was even more intriguing yesterday when
Deadspin announced Savage's explanation and apology regarding his email:
"It happened after the game," Savage in an e-mail to The Associated Press.
"There had been previous e-mails from him over the months and enough
was enough. We have both apologized to each other since. The Browns'
fans have overwhelmingly been supportive of me over the past 3-plus
seasons and I appreciate that greatly."
The email exchange between this loyal/crazed fan and Savage can be seen

It's pretty funny......we've all been there. I'm not sure if we've all
taken it quite that far, but we can still feel this man's pain. I'm a
Chief's fan living in Minneapolis, I feel ya' crazy emailer.
