The entire football watching world felt a considerable amount of pity for Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Anquan Boldin after absorbing the horrific hit from the New York Jets secondary. However, this pity was all wiped away after his sideline tirade during the NFC Championship game after he was pulled on the final drive. He became just another younger version of TO in a matter of minutes in the public's eye.
After the game ended, Boldin left the field quickly without celebrating something even a third grader wouldn't be caught dead doing. According to one postgame account, which he disputed, Boldin was seen leaving the locker room via a back door.
"I didn't leave through a back door. I tried to get in and out as quickly as possible to beat the media," he said. "I didn't want the story line to be me and Todd getting into it." ...
Just because you are a talented player it doesn't give you the right to "TO" on the rest of your teammates. If this were a just world Bolding wouldn't be starting in the Super Bowl. Unfortunately this is a business and he will be out there with a higher class of teammates (Bolding, Warner to name a couple) proving that it pays to be selfish and there will be no repercussions for this type of behavior!
