Jason Taylor Going Back To Miami

Jason Taylor, formerly of the Washington Redskins has inked a 1 year deal worth $1.1 million.
However, with Taylor you definitely can't say he did it for the money. Taylor walked away from the $8.5 million he was scheduled to make this year with Washington. He refused to take part in the offseason activities with Washington, citing he wanted to spend more time with this family.
The Redskins ended up releasing Taylor.
There were reportedly 12 teams interested in Taylor, while the Patriots were said to be offering more than Miami, according to ESPN's John Clayton.
"My heart has always been in Miami and so I'm truly excited to call myself a Dolphin once again," Taylor said via a statement. "I was presented with a number of different opportunities, but in the end the combination of this being the best situation for my family, my love for this community and my tremendous loyalty to a great organization made this an easy decision."
Taylor was traded to the Redskins from Miami for a 2nd round in 2009 and a 6th round pick in 2010.
So, essentially Miami gets to keep their six-time Pro Bowler and 2006 Defensive player of the year, in which they received 2 draft picks for one year without the services of Taylor in 2008.
That's why they call Parcell's a genius.
