SPN NCAA Top 25 & Heisman Rankings - Week 14

The weekly Sports Page Network NCAA Top 25 and Heisman Poll has been announced. Due to some technical difficulties, or mental breakdowns, we were unable to release our rankings last week. Therefore, the previous rankings for each team will go by the Week 12 Poll.
From Week 12 to Week 14, USC, Miami, and Northwestern have dropped out. They are replaced by Florida State, Utah, and West Virginia.
