Week 12 SPN NCAA Top 25 & Heisman Ranking

The weekly Sports Page Network NCAA Top 25 and Heisman Poll has been announced. Oregon is still holding on to the number one ranking but the top four remain very close.
Florida, Utah, and Baylor have dropped out the the rankings this week. Taking their spots are USC, Northwestern, and Miami.
